If you are a new customer, you will receive an email requesting that you enter your payment details. To speed up your support call, you can click on the link in this email to enter your payment details ahead of the support session (you won't be charged until the end of the support session). If you're an existing customer, don't worry about this step.
We will call you at your chosen appointment time. When we call, we will help you get on to the remote support session and enter your payment details if you haven't already done so, then we will work with you to fix your problem.
